Ayala Systems Technology, Inc. (Ayala Systems) joins the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA) roadshow held in four(4) states, from East to the West coast of America meeting with major industry leaders. The said roadshow was capped by Ayala Systems’ participation in the World BPO Forum held in New York. They discussed each other’s core competencies, complementary needs-requirements and explored opportunities for tie-ups and collaboration to enhance business performance, competitiveness and business growth in the IT industry. Participating U.S. firms were invited by the Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC).
Mr. Winston Damarillo, Chairman of Exist Global and an official of PSIA, emphasized that the PSIA member-companies came as a group, not as individual companies, to promote the Philippine software industry into the U.S. market. He shared that PSIA has formed a consortium in the Philippines in order to provide services to big U.S. and multinational companies; but, they are also in the look-out for small and medium-sized U.S. companies which may need their services.
“Commitment to national development is one of the core values that we have here in Ayala. We have since expressed our support on various initiatives by private entities and the national government in promoting the country – apart from our company and our various IT services offerings”, says Mr. Jun Lasco – Ayala Systems, Technology Services Division, Director. “We take pride in the Filipino talent, in particular, what the international IT industry has seen; which we extend to our partners and clients in a very deep sense of (mutually beneficial) relationship.” , adds Mr. Lasco.
